For Archers & Gun Hunters! This 18 acres of private, wooded hunting ground surrounded by hardwoods is located in Ohio’s proven, trophy deer land . . . a deer hunter’s paradise.
Hunting leases are booked by the week, from Sunday PM through Friday PM. No accommodations are included. Hotels are 10 minutes away from hunting location.
All rates shown include up to two hunters. You may choose to hunt solo or in pairs with the cost per week as listed.
Archery Season rate is $1,200.00 per week.
Gun Season Week rate is $1,500.00.
Muzzle Loader Season (4 days only) rate is $1,200.00.
Payment: A non-refundable deposit of half the cost of your hunt is required to hold your booking date with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled hunt week. Please be aware there are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to scheduled hunt.
We accept payment by check, credit card or Venmo.
This hunting property is located 62 miles east of the Cincinnati airport and 2.5 miles north of West Union, Ohio.

The deer on our hunting properties are wild and we offer fair chase hunts only.
We are not a large outfitter company and only book a limited number of hunts per season to prevent over hunting on our properties.

Hi Jacob — In answer to your questions … The archery season rate for the Adams County property is $1,200.00 per week. That includes up to two hunters. You may choose to hunt solo or with a friend for that amount.
The limit for a weekly hunt per hunter is 1 buck OR 1 doe, with appropriate tag of course.
Our current promotion is the Raffle drawing to win a Hunt week. Tickets are $100. each and you may purchase them on our site. Each ticket purchased gives you a chance to win. HI. I am looking for a place to hunt but i am a big man not able to do a lot of walking. do you have a way to and from blind?
Hi Mike — We provide hunting stands at both of our properties, but if you prefer to hunt out of a blind or use a climber, you may certainly bring those with you. Also, we provide plenty of parking space, but we do not offer transportation from the parking area to stand locations. Thanks for your interest!
