  1. How many hunters do you book per week? Just 2 per county? How many sets/stands per tract? Getting to the stand? On us, or atv, or ? Temperature roughly in October?

    1. Hi Sean! Max booking per week is two hunters per property. There are 5 stands in place at Pike County and 4 stands at Adams County. We encourage you to bring a climber as there are plenty of appropriate size trees to get into if you prefer a different stand location. Stands are within a 10-15 minute walk from parking areas. October last year was in the upper 70’s to low 80’s and the year before, we had snow on the ground, so it’s anyone’s guess as far as the weather goes. If you have any other questions, we will be happy to do our best to answer them!

      1. Ok, thank you. I/we would be coming from the surface of the SUN(Florida) so just figuring out logistics. Is Pike a crossbow county? Could i bring an atv or utv to get around?

  2. This is our third full season and with both properties combined, a total of three bucks have been taken. These bucks were 130″ or under. Hunters have had numerous opportunities to take bucks 150″ and over, but for various reasons including misses and miscalculations, haven’t been able to accomplish the goal. Hope this helps!

    1. Hi Dave — The Pike County property is archery only and $1,600.00 for a weekly lease, which includes accommodations and 27 acres. There is more detailed information on this under the tab “Location and Leasing Information for Pike County, Ohio”. The Adams County property offers archery and gun hunting on 18 acres, without accommodations so the rates are a little different. You will find those rates under “Location and Leasing Information for Adams County, Ohio”. 3. Last year our big bucks at Pike County did not start showing on camera until September and they seem to be following that same pattern this year.

When we start to get pictures of them again, we will post them to the website. Just check back periodically for picture updates.

    Hope this helps!
